In 2010 the three day forum was an excellent opportunity to be part of the exchange of industry views and best practices in the water industry and to meet fellow professionals. With over 250 participants from 80 countries, the inaugural Indian trade exhibition for process, drinking and waste water- Aquatech India 2010 was a resounding success.

International speakers
Experienced leaders from the Netherlands, US, UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Ireland and Malaysia were successful in providing a holistic perspective on water sustainability. Intricate and knowledgeable seminars on problems of Non Revenue Water(N.R.W), long term financial implications of saving water, treating water were enthralling for a very interested audience.

Also more than 22 esteemed speakers from India gave sharp insight in varied subjects like affordable water treatment solutions from rural populations, the Socio-Economic aspects of water resources development, latest green technologies for water disinfection, efficient water usage for urban residential purposes to even a presentation on water transportation via PVC or PE pipes.

Also capturing for many international participants was the practical knowledge on Indian environmental legislation, impact assessment and future Governmental priorities by no less than Hon’ble Minister of Water Resources (GoI), Mr Pawan Kumar Bansal and former heads of Governmental bodies and Ministries.
